About Us

ProTrac Development

ProTrac Development, Inc. is an Owner Operated Arkansas company providing full service offender management to the judicial and education industries.  Since 2000, ProTrac has provided offender funded electronic supervision, probation, drug and DNA testing, and fine collection services to District and Circuit Courts as well as to Sheriff’s agencies.  ProTrac’s highly experienced staff and allied consultants will fully assess, design and implement programs that meet both budget and punitive needs.

  • Our mission is to provide the Courts with reliable and cost-effective alternatives to incarceration while reducing the need for continued interaction between the Court and the Defendant.  We continually strive for excellence in the quality of products and services we offer and are dedicated to providing offender-funded solutions to the Court system.  We promote and nurture service excellence by providing employees with meaningful and rewarding work opportunities.

Everyone is aware that Arkansas’ prisons have had a problem with overcrowding for years.  Many Felony inmates are being held and or moved to our county jails which are also operating at or above capacity, thus leaving no room for non-violent misdemeanor offenders.  With this limited space, our District and Municipal Courts are severely impacted in sentencing options.

The following are just a few ways in which alterative sentencing can positively impact your Court and Community:

  • House Arrest guarantees day for day supervision
  • Offender funded monitoring saves the Community money while maintaining punitive sanctions
  • Money for funding can be applied to other Community or Court Development Projects
